Finding you was one of the best things I think I could have done for pregnancy self-care and to prepare myself and my partner for the birthing experience. Your yoga classes, but also your generosity with resources and your knowledge in general, and your full-day active birth workshop, were all experiences I took a HEAP of benefit away from and will continue to use for myself through life, I think.
