Accepting enrolments for Term 2 2026
Tuesdays
21st April 2026 - 23rd June 2026- Length: 10 Weeks – please contact Julia for enrolment after start date or for continuing casual attendance
- Location: Building 2, Pearce Community Centre, Pearce
- Fees: $250.00 (10 week term)
- ADDIOTIONAL CLASS offered during the term:
- THE LAST SIX WEEKS – a new one off session to help you position your baby well (Optimal Fetal Positioning) for birth. Practice positions and movements in various different positions and on the Fitball, combined with a reminder of skills to manage labour
- Sunday May 31st 9.30 – 11.00am, ($25) extra dates will be added if needed. Priority is given to current students, however other pregnant women are welcome if spots are available
Space permitting, enrolments are possible after the term start date.

Gentle, empowering and informative yoga classes for women from 12 to 40+ weeks.
These classes are a unique blend of childbirth education, yoga, mindfulness and labour skills. The knowledge and practices will give you the confidence to actively participate in labour and birth in an empowered and skillful way. You will learn about the power of your mind and its effect on labour, together with many different ways to manage the intensity – movement, sound, visualisation, breath, Active Birth positions and much more…..

Enrolment includes:
-FACE TO FACE CLASSES (1 and 1/2 hours) in Pearce Community Centre (10 classes)
-ON LINE PROGRAMME – Skillful Birth- covering Birth Preparation topics from class in more details plus videos for home practice
– A DETAILED BOOKLET – expanding on the weekly topics
You will also have the opportunity to make new friends in a caring and supportive environment as well as have free access to a library of resources. Women usually choose to make a What’s App group for connection with others in the class.
Enrolments during the term are possible if there is space please contact Julia. Fees will be adjusted accordingly.
Continuing women are welcome to do part term enrolment or week by week
