Mums and Bubs Yoga Classes


IMG_7994Starting life as a new mum is not always easy and you may have envisaged yourself calm, confident and capable prior to giving birth.

Then the baby comes along and what a shock!  Adapting to a different life, a newborn, little sleep, fatigue and no time to yourself. No wonder we can feel depleted.

Yet it’s really important to have that time to renew your energy, calm your nervous system and learn techniques such as mindfulness and yoga to bring you back to feeling good and these classes can help you.

Mums and Bubs Yoga classes are for mums with their babies who are between 6 weeks and up to crawling.  

The classes incorporate gentle yet strengthening yoga for you, songs and yoga for your baby, simple mindfulness and relaxation practices to use at any time and a great chance to share the highs and lows of mothering with like-minded women in a circle with a cuppa

Come and join us for 8 or 10 weeks on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Both classes are held at the Church of Christ Hall, cnr Namatjira Drive and Parkinson Street, WESTON
