Prenatal yoga

Prenatal yoga is for women from 12 – 40+ weeks pregnant and suitable for beginners and women experienced in yoga. Classes run over 10 weeks during school terms.

Postnatal yoga

Mother and Baby Yoga and Support groups are for women with babies from newborn to pre-crawling stage. The sessions are suitable for beginners and women experienced in yoga. They provide a friendly, safe environment to practice yoga with your baby and share your thoughts and experiences with other women. Classes run over 10 weeks during school terms.

Preparing for natural birth

Preparing for natural birth sessions are held regularly usually for 3 hours on a weekend or evening. They are a wonderful way for your partner or support people to learn simple, yet effective tools to help you during labour.
