Hi I’m Julia Willoughby. As a Childbirth Educator and Pre and Post Natal yoga teacher I am delighted to support you during this special time of your life.  Yoga is a wonderful tool for both body and mind for navigating the joys, surprises and challenges on this journey.   Developing inner resources, together with practical skills and knowledge, gives you the best possible foundation for birth and parenting. 

The classes and workshops offer you the opportunity to connect  with other women and create support and friendship.

Prenatal Yoga & Active Birth Classes

Prenatal Yoga practices give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to actively participate in labour and birth in an empowered way and have a positive birth experience however your labour unfolds.

Mums and Bubs Classes

These classes provide a relaxing and supportive environment for new mothers and their babies with safe post natal yoga as well as circle time to share the joys and challenges of mothering

The first 6 weeks workshop

This half-day interactive workshop is for expectant couples who would like to start their parenting journey with excitement and confidence! 

Come and join our supportive group of pregnant women and new mums who are, or have, reclaimed their power and confidence to birth and mother their children. FB live sessions for Morning Wake up Yoga, as well as lots of informative birth education coming up.

Finding you was one of the best things I think I could have done for pregnancy self-care and to prepare myself and my partner for the birthing experience. Your yoga classes, but also your generosity with resources and your knowledge in general, and your full-day active birth workshop, were all experiences I took a HEAP of benefit away from and will continue to use for myself through life, I think. I have been singing your praises and recommending you to anyone who will listen since I started your classes.
